Laumeier at Sunset

Digging through shoeboxes, portfolios, and folders I often find things I had forgotten. This is one of those. Taken and printed in fall of '90 high school photoclass. Of all the great sculptures in Laumeier I came away with this photo of some trees as the sunset.

Bob Wills and his Dead Texas Playboys, For Johnny


Inspired by a photo of Bob Wills and His Texas Playboys that Johnny had photoshoped with day of the dead masks for faces. This was given to him as a birthday present at Magee's Bar on a Stag Night. The only public showing of my work...in a bar. Third and final acrylic on wood. 24"x 40" 11/10/02
